Job Description:
•1ST: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
•2nd: 3:30 p.m. to midnight
•3rd: 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

SAMPLE JOBS include but are not limited to the following. All jobs require compliance with food safety rules and regulations. Also requires willingness to help in other areas as needed to ensure production goals are met.

•Prep-cook: Follow recipes, use measurements and weights, help puree, etc.
•Kettle tender: Loads, monitors, harvests, and sanitizes large industrial kettles
•Dishwasher: Clean and sanitize all items used in food productions process.
•Blast Chill Monitor: Work in cold environment stirring, taking temperatures, and ensuring time required time frames are met. Weigh, tote, identify allergens, and stage product for Plating & Packaging.
•Platers: Repetitive work plating food quickly using scoops, weights, unifillers, etc.
•Runners: Ensure lines always have food and materials ready to plate.
•Packagers: Review seals and labels and quickly package and palletize finished products.
•Machine Operators: Maintain, control, and operate machines. Calibrate settings and serve at line lead.

Other positions (regularly work in and out of cold areas):
• Sanitation: Ensure facility is cleaned to meet FDA and USDA standards. Deep clean machinery and tools. Remove trash. Use chemical.
• Warehouse/Inventory: Receive in and load trucks, scan product to proper locations, maintain FIFO procedures, organize warehouse, slack food from freezer, etc.

Specialized technician positions: Maintenance & Quality Assurance

Job Requirements:
For any of the jobs, previous food production experience or hand assembly experience desired. Machine Operators require a minimum of 2 years

•Most jobs require ability to stand on concrete floors for 8-10 hours, regularly lift 20 lbs and some jobs 30-50 lbs. Push/pull carts of over 100 lbs. Reach/grasp/bend.
